JENNIFER EVANS

Dr. Jennifer Evans, MD, MPH, is a board‑certified family medicine and obesity medicine physician who grew up in Monroe County, GA. She earned a B.S. in Biology from Fort Valley State University and a second B.S. in Medical Technology from Augusta University (Medical College of Georgia). She received her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN, and completed her family medicine residency training at Mercer University School of Medicine in partnership with The Medical Center, Navicent Health in Macon, GA. Dr. Evans is passionate about the total wellness of her patients and treats each individual as a whole person.

At Rejuvenant Family Health Care, Dr. Evans practices Direct Primary Care, offering a patient‑centered model that emphasizes unhurried appointments, extended visit times, and personalized care plans.
