About
Jen grew up in De Graff, graduating from Riverside High School in 2000. She started her career in the medical field as a receptionist in the front office of Oakhill Medical Associates. She went on to attend nursing school at Ohio High Point and received her LPN license in 2009. She currently lives in De Graff with her husband and two sons. Jen worked with Dr. Kauffman (founding Hickory Medical DPC physician) for more than a decade. She enjoys reading (mostly mysteries) and baking. Jen joined Hickory Medical in January of 2016.
