About
Dr. Jason Moulton, DO, grew up on a farm and has always wanted to practice medicine in a rural setting. He pursued a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science at Brigham Young University before earning his Doctor of Osteopathy from the University of North Texas Health Science Center, Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. After completing a Rural Scholar program, he completed a Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Tyler, where he also earned board certification in Family Medicine (ABFM). Dr. Moulton is a cranial sacral therapist (Upledger Institute) and is fluent in Spanish. He and his wife, Amanda, raise ten children in Gilmer, Texas, and are deeply involved in the community, offering a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personal, continuous, and comprehensive care for families in Upshur County and surrounding areas.
