Dr. Jason Harrison Caswell, MD, is a family medicine physician based in Cheyenne, Wyoming. He earned his MD with honors from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2009, completed an internal‑medicine internship while serving as a military flight surgeon, and finished a family‑medicine residency at the University of Wyoming. In 2021 he founded Cowboy Concierge Medicine, a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes transparent, cash‑based pricing and personalized, relationship‑focused care.
