JASON ASISTORES

Dr. Jason Asistores was born and raised in the Philippines where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology (BS) and his Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of the Philippines. He completed his residency in Family Medicine in 2015 at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, PA, graduating as one of its chief residents. He now lives in the Shenandoah Valley with his family and provides full‑spectrum primary care, including office visits, nursing‑home care, hospice, and palliative services.

At Fermata Direct Primary Care, Dr. Asistores emphasizes the DPC philosophy that “time is the most important ingredient in health care.” He believes that longer, unhurried appointments allow him to build authentic, personalized relationships with patients, helping them achieve their health goals through evidence‑based care and shared decision‑making.
