About

I’ve been a family doctor for more than 30 years. I love to learn ways that I can be better at the science and art of medicine. My amazing wife is a marriage and family therapist, and we have raised five children. We met when I was in medical school in Portland, Oregon. While serving in the Air Force we lived in Washington, D.C., California, Nebraska, and England before making our home in the lovely community of Liberty Lake for twelve years. I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, swimming, hiking, walking our dog Roxy, and reading about patient care.\n\nWhy I want to take care of our patients using Direct Primary Care (DPC): Direct Primary Care lets me spend time with my patients, listen to their concerns, and make decisions together. By removing insurance barriers I can offer longer appointments, same‑day access via phone, text, email, or video, and a transparent, membership‑based model that focuses on the health and well‑being of each individual.
