About
Dr. Janine Zee-Cheng graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency and fellowship at Riley Hospital for Children. She is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics and is Board Certified in Pediatrics and Pediatric Critical Care. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and is involved with the Society of Critical Care Medicine and the American Medical Women’s Association. After nearly a decade working in the Pediatric ICU, she realized she wanted to return to her first love: primary care pediatrics. She values the Direct Primary Care model because it allows her to spend more time with families, provide 24/7 access, and focus on holistic, mental‑health‑focused care. She is passionate about optimizing the mental health of children and adolescents and is dedicated to maintaining an inclusive and affirmative practice.
