Jane Snyder, CRNP, received her Nurse Practitioner degree from Widener University in 2012. Before joining CovenantMD, she worked as a Nurse Practitioner at various facilities in Lancaster, PA, including CovenantMD and General Internal Medicine. She completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona in 2019 and is currently expanding her training in Functional Medicine. At CovenantMD she embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing longer visits, same‑day appointments, and a partnership approach that focuses on preventive care and patient education.

In her practice she integrates her integrative‑medicine background to address lifestyle, nutrition, and chronic disease prevention, aiming to empower patients to take an active role in their health. She values continuity of care, direct communication through secure messaging, and personalized treatment plans that reflect the DPC philosophy of putting the patient‑provider relationship first.
