JAMIE KELLEY
Nurse Practitioner, Family
About
Jamie Kelley, F.N.P., is a family nurse practitioner who relocated from the New Orleans, Louisiana and Mississippi Gulf Coast area to Spokane, Washington. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and completed an intensive care internship before spending six years as a registered nurse in the ICU. Driven by a passion for preventative medicine, she returned to school at the University of South Alabama, where she earned her Master of Science in Nursing in 2014 and transitioned to primary care.
Jamie embraces the Direct Primary Care model because it allows her to prioritize patients over insurance constraints, fostering a relationship‑based approach that emphasizes continuity, same‑day access, and personalized wellness plans. She believes that removing financial and administrative barriers enables her to focus on comprehensive, preventive care and to support patients in achieving long‑term health goals.
