Jacqueline "Jacqui" Rodgers is the founder and Clinic Director of Reform ABQ, a Direct Primary Care practice in Albuquerque, NM. She believes that healthcare should be personal, accessible, and centered on the patient, offering longer visits, transparent pricing, and no surprise bills. Jacqui is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in primary care, integrative medicine, and hormone replacement therapy. She has a background in cardiovascular critical care, long‑term care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine. She earned both her BSN and MSN from Chamberlain University and is board‑certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP‑C).

At Reform ABQ, she leads a team that integrates traditional primary care with services such as on‑site labs, IV nutrition, and hormone therapy.
