Dr. Jackcy Jacob, MD, FACP, FAAP, is the founder and medical director of Ascend Wellness MD. She is board‑certified in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics and has more than 42,000 hours of training with over a decade of experience as an attending physician. Dr. Jacob’s practice is built on a Direct Primary Care philosophy: she spends an average of 45 minutes with each patient, listening deeply to their health history, lifestyle, and goals, and then creates a personalized, proactive wellness plan that integrates nutrition, movement, sleep, and mental health.
