Dr. Ivi Kasimati is a Board‑Certified Internal Medicine physician and Co‑Founder of 3D Medical Direct Primary Care. A fourth‑generation physician, he graduated among the top of his class from the University of Tirana, Mother Theresa Medical School in Albania and completed his residency at Bronx‑Lebanon Hospital Center in New York, where he also served as Chief Resident. He teaches medical courses to Harvard Medical students and has held the role of Assistant Director of the Hospitalist Program and Medical Director of the Pre‑Admission Screening Unit at New England Baptist Hospital for over 13 years. Dr. Kasimati’s DPC philosophy emphasizes unhurried, personalized visits, building trusting relationships, preventive wellness, and acting as a strong advocate for his patients.
