ISAAC ILAOA

Dr. Isaac Ilaoa is a board-certified internal medicine physician, and a true “Okie from Muskogee”, Oklahoma. His laid-back personality, contagious smile and ability to truly “connect” with people are just a few of the reasons his patients love him! After five years of service and a tour in Iraq, he returned home to pursue his dream of becoming a physician. He received his undergraduate degree at The University of Oklahoma and went on to complete medical school at Oklahoma State University – College of Osteopathic Medicine. For residency he attended the Naval Medical Center in San Diego, California, specializing in internal medicine. After training he completed a second stint in the Navy as a Lieutenant Commander at Naval Health Clinic Corpus Christi before moving back to Oklahoma to be closer to family. Dr. Ilaoa has spent the past 4 years practicing outpatient internal medicine, serving the Moore, Norman and greater S. OKC community. Dr. Ilaoa’s transition to Primary Health Partners (PHP) is a significant step in his career. He strongly advocates the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, which perfectly aligns with his values of patient‑centered care. This model enables him to build meaningful relationships with his patients and provide them with the time and attention they truly deserve. Through his holistic approach to medicine and unwavering commitment to his patients, Dr. Ilaoa embodies the essence of compassionate healthcare. He welcomes patients from age 13 to end‑of‑life and looks forward to making a positive impact in each person entrusted to his care.
