Dr. Ira Pearlstine, born and raised in South Carolina, earned his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of South Florida Bayfront Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. Since moving to the Treasure Coast in 1987, Dr. Pearlstine has built a career centered on Direct Primary Care, emphasizing personalized, patient‑focused care, same‑day appointments, and direct communication without the constraints of traditional insurance bureaucracy.
