HOPE JENSEN
Nurse Practitioner, Family
About
Hope Jensen, ARNP, is a Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience who founded With Hope Clinic, a direct primary care practice in Audubon, Iowa, in October 2022. Her healthcare journey began in grade school when her youngest brother was diagnosed with brain cancer, sparking a lifelong interest in medicine. After completing CNA training in high school and earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University, she spent five years working in a hospital setting before returning to Creighton for a master’s degree in 2007. Since then she has practiced as a family nurse practitioner, focusing on building strong, lasting relationships with her patients.
Jensen’s DPC philosophy centers on listening to patients, digging into the root causes of health issues, and meeting patients where they are. She believes the membership‑based model eliminates many barriers of traditional healthcare, allowing for longer visits, direct communication via phone, text, and video, and a more personalized, patient‑centered approach. Her practice also emphasizes community involvement, offering business counseling through the North Central Iowa Small Business Development Center and providing education on menopause care as a certified menopause practitioner.
