HOLLY SMITH

Dr. Holly Smith, MD, is the founder and physician of Fiat Family Medicine, a Direct Primary Care practice in Carmel, IN. She emphasizes a patient‑centered approach that prioritizes long‑term relationships, whole‑person care, and affordable access through a low‑cost monthly membership. Dr. Smith believes that smaller patient panels allow her to be readily available for routine visits, urgent concerns, and telehealth consultations, embodying the core DPC philosophy of personalized, continuous care.

After graduating from Indiana University School of Medicine, Dr. Smith completed a family medicine residency at St. Vincent’s in Indiana (2016). She practiced in family‑care offices throughout the Indianapolis area, including IU Health in Zionsville and St. Vincent’s in Fishers, before launching her own practice in July 2022. In addition to comprehensive primary care, she has specialized expertise in women’s health, natural family planning, fertility/infertility, and addiction counseling, integrating these interests into her DPC model to support patients at every stage of life.
