HEATHER GESSLING

Dr. Heather Marie Gessling is a Family Medicine physician and the proud mother of three. She owns Gessling Family Wellness, a Direct Primary Care practice that emphasizes patient wellness, personalized care, and a simple, relationship‑focused approach to medicine. Dr. Gessling previously served as Chief of Staff at Moberly Regional Medical Center in Missouri, where she gained extensive experience in hospital administration and multidisciplinary care. She is dedicated to removing the complexities of insurance‑driven care and providing unlimited, affordable primary care through a membership model.

Dr. Gessling earned a B.S. in Biochemistry from Oklahoma Christian University and completed her medical education, internship, and residency in Family Medicine at the University of Missouri–Columbia. She is board‑certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and lives in Columbia, Missouri with her family, where she continues to practice and advocate for the Direct Primary Care model.
