About
Heather Friend, DNP, FNP-C, MSCP, is the founder and CEO of Resolute Integrative Health, a Direct Primary Care clinic in Rogue River, Oregon. After a personal health challenge at age 15, she entered the medical field at 17 and became a registered nurse in 2005, working many years as an emergency department nurse and forensic sexual assault examiner. She transitioned to a family nurse practitioner role in early 2018, completing her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Frontier Nursing University. In 2022 she moved into private practice, focusing on integrative medicine, and opened Resolute Integrative Health in 2024. Her DPC philosophy emphasizes addressing root causes, shared decision‑making, and providing comprehensive, whole‑family care that blends conventional and holistic approaches.
