HAYLEY MILLER

Dr. Hayley Miller grew up in Northern Wyoming and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences from the University of Wyoming before completing her medical degree at the University of Washington. She completed an Internal Medicine residency in Wisconsin and pursued a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism in Utah. Dr. Miller’s personal experience living with type 1 diabetes since age 10 fuels her passion for diabetes care and patient education.

At Mountain States Diabetes, Dr. Miller practices Direct Primary Care, offering patients transparent, low‑cost membership pricing, same‑day appointments, and direct communication via phone, text, and video chat.
