GREGORY LEACH

Dr. Gregory Leach was raised in the Florida panhandle and, after completing his medical degree at the University of Florida, served in the U.S. Public Health Service, including a stint as Medical Director on the Navajo Reservation. He later moved to Colorado, where he directed the Lutheran Emergency Medical Center before returning to Florida to establish Advance Medical Center and eventually founding Health Evolution.

At Health Evolution, Dr. Leach embraces the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing a personal doctor‑patient relationship, transparent pricing, and same‑day access via phone, text, and email. He believes that removing insurance red tape allows him to spend more time with each patient, focus on preventive care, and provide urgent‑care services without the constraints of traditional fee‑for‑service billing.
