GREGORY KOURY

Dr. Gregory Koury was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He attended Sandia High School and then the University of Notre Dame. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he returned to Albuquerque and earned his medical degree at the University of New Mexico School of Medicine. He completed a Family Practice residency at Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana. After several years in private practice in southern Indiana, he moved to Silver City and has been providing comprehensive family medicine care there since 2003. Dr. Koury and his wife Lori built Zia Access Healthcare on the philosophy of an old‑country doctor combined with modern technology, offering “womb‑to‑tomb” care that includes newborn, pediatric and adult services, minor surgeries such as circumcision and vasectomy, and even home visits. He emphasizes personalized, accessible care for DPC members and a strong community focus.
