GINA LOVE-WALKER
Internal Medicine
About
Dr. Gina Love-Walker is a board‑certified internal medicine physician who has transitioned to a Direct Primary Care model to provide personalized, preventive care. After completing her undergraduate degree at Denison University, she earned her medical degree from Wright State University and completed an internship at Riverside Methodist Hospital followed by a residency in internal medicine at Mt. Carmel Health in Columbus, OH. She spent more than 16 years in traditional practice before founding Your Private MD, where she serves as President and CEO, offering patients 24/7 direct access, longer appointments, and a focus on whole‑person health.
In her DPC practice, Dr. Love‑Walker emphasizes disease prevention, health education, and a collaborative doctor‑patient relationship. She leverages her experience as a former senior partner and medical director to coordinate care, refer patients to specialists when needed, and act as a personal health advocate. Her philosophy centers on spending ample time with each patient, encouraging dialogue, and promoting overall wellness alongside disease management.
