About
Dr. Garrison Bliss is an internist with more than 30 years of experience in primary care. He is widely recognized as a pioneer of Direct Primary Care (DPC), having co‑founded Qliance Medical Management and served as its Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Bliss believes that primary care should be patient‑centered, affordable, and free from insurance‑driven constraints, allowing physicians to spend more time with each patient and focus on preventive health.
After years leading large‑scale DPC initiatives, Dr. Bliss launched BlissMD, a solo DPC practice in Seattle, Washington. At BlissMD he continued to emphasize transparent pricing, same‑day access, and a holistic approach to health, serving the community until his retirement in September 2020.
