Garrick Baskerville

Dr. Garrick Baskerville is a board‑certified Family Medicine physician and the founder of METSI Care, a Direct Primary Care practice in Austin, TX. He earned a B.S. in Biology from Pennsylvania State University in 2003 and his M.D. from Penn State Hershey College of Medicine in 2007. He completed a Family Medicine residency at Christiana Care Health System in Wilmington, DE, finishing in 2010. Dr. Baskerville practices holistic, functional and preventative medicine, emphasizing lifestyle, mental health, and gut health to empower patients to prevent and heal disease, improve quality of life, and promote longevity. He is a national speaker, having presented at the American Academy of Family Practice, SXSW 2019, and numerous community events, and he also provides medical care for Amazon Prime and HBO productions filmed in Austin.
