Dr. Frannie Koe, MD, MPH, is the founder and physician‑owner of Valley Care Direct Primary Care in Collinsville, Alabama. She is passionate about preventive medicine and believes that education about nutrition, lifestyle, and personal health empowers patients to become partners in their own care.
