FRANK MORGAN

Dr. Frank Morgan, MD, is a family medicine physician with over 25 years of experience. He graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Medicine in 1996 and completed his family medicine residency in Greeley, CO. Dr. Morgan founded Balance Health in 2014 with a mission to redefine healthcare by putting patients first, removing insurance barriers, and delivering longer, personalized visits.

At Balance Health, Dr. Morgan practices Direct Primary Care, emphasizing a holistic, preventive approach that integrates nutrition, movement, and mental well‑being. He believes health rests on three pillars—nutrition, exercise, and mindset—and works with patients to create sustainable lifestyle changes rather than relying on quick fixes.
