Frances Romero

Dr. Frances I. Romero, MD, is a Board Certified Family Physician and certified menopause practitioner through the North American Menopause Society (NAMS), with advanced training in hormone therapy and survivorship care. She completed her Family Medicine Residency at Lehigh Valley Health Network in Allentown, PA, where she also served as Chief Resident. Dr. Romero has over ten years of experience in healthcare, working in family medicine, underserved medicine, urgent care, telemedicine, and wound care. She provides her medical services in both English and Spanish. Dr. Romero's passion for her career shines through her words, especially when discussing a patient's treatment plan. She strives to equip her patients with the tools needed to shine in their life, work, and health. In 2018 she founded Shine Direct Primary Care to offer affordable, patient‑centered primary care without insurance barriers, emphasizing continuity, accessibility, and a holistic approach that includes hormone health and preventive wellness.
