FLORENCIA GOLUBOFF

Dr. Florencia Goluboff, MD, is a family medicine physician who co‑founded Awaken Health Direct Primary Care to create a practice that puts patients first. She grew up in Gulfport, Florida, and after losing her mother to a preventable cancer she was inspired to become a doctor who sees the whole person. Dr. Goluboff earned her medical degree at Florida International University’s Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine and also completed a healthcare MBA, which she uses to help redesign the healthcare system.

At Awaken Health, Dr. Goluboff practices functional and integrative medicine, emphasizing prevention, root‑cause analysis, and personalized care. She believes in spending ample time with each patient, addressing emotional, physical, spiritual, and social aspects of health, and offering same‑day or next‑day appointments with direct messaging, all within a Direct Primary Care model that removes insurance barriers.
