ERIN COOPER

Dr. Erin Cooper grew up in Upstate New York and earned her MD from Drexel University College of Medicine in 2005. After completing a Family Medicine residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, she pursued a Geriatric Medicine fellowship at the same institution. She practiced in Fremont, Nebraska for five years before moving to Lexington, Kentucky in 2015 with her husband, Dr. Geoff Cooper, to be closer to family.

Dr. Cooper founded Olive Health Direct Primary Care in August 2018 to bring a patient‑centered, Direct Primary Care model to the community. She believes that eliminating insurance middle‑men allows her to spend more time with each patient, provide same‑day or next‑day visits, and maintain transparent, affordable pricing. Her practice emphasizes compassionate, attentive care and 24/7 access through phone, text, video, or home visits, reflecting her commitment to a modern return to the personalized primary‑care experience of the past.
