Dr. Eric Miller, Founder and Medical Director of Legacy Medical Services, has over 25 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine. A Wisconsin native, he grew up, completed his education, and built his practice in Southeast Wisconsin, maintaining deep family roots in the area. He has been a consistent medical and community leader in Dodge County since settling there in 1996, serving as an Associate Clinical Professor at the University of Wisconsin, Hospital Chief of Staff, and chair of several non‑profit boards.\n\nSince 2020, Dr. Miller has embraced the Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, leveraging his passion for relationship‑centered care to provide transparent, affordable, and personalized primary care.
