ERIC GIBB
Family Medicine
About
Dr. Eric Gibb is the founder and lead medical provider at Our Town Medical. He started the practice in October 2014 after becoming frustrated with the bureaucracy of traditional medical offices and health insurance that prevented him from practicing medicine the old‑fashioned way. He earned a B.S. and M.S. in Biology from Stanford University, attended Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, and completed his family practice residency at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, Colorado. Dr. Gibb has been a family physician in Buena Vista for over 25 years and is dedicated to a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes long appointments, personal relationships, and patient‑centered care.
Beyond clinical work, Dr. Gibb is active in the Buena Vista community, serving as president of the local Optimist Club and participating in various community initiatives. He believes that high‑quality primary care is best delivered without insurance middlemen, allowing patients to receive comprehensive, affordable care on a membership basis.
