ELIZABETH WEAVER

Dr. Elizabeth Weaver is a board‑certified family physician with 17 years of experience. She employs a patient‑centered approach, blending evidence‑based Western medicine with alternative therapies to promote whole‑body health, physical activity, nutrition, and mindfulness. Dr. Weaver earned her bachelor’s degree from Vassar College and her medical degree from the University of Maryland, graduating magna cum laude. She completed her internship and residency at the Carolinas Medical Center, where she developed a focus on holistic and preventive care. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American Board of Integrative Holistic Medicine, and the Academy of Eating Disorders, and in 2013 became a diplomate of the American Academy of Integrative Holistic Medicine.
