ELIZABETH PERRY

Elizabeth Perry is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a doctorate in lifestyle medicine from Southern Adventist University. She is also a certified health coach and has led several community health education programs throughout the Greater Chattanooga, TN area. Elizabeth is passionate about helping individuals achieve optimal health. Her passion for health began as she watched lifestyle choices play out in the lives of her grandparents. This sparked her interest in studying the human body and the choices we can make to optimize our own health. Elizabeth especially enjoys helping patients with weight loss, metabolic, hormonal, and GI health. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and two boys, hiking, mountain biking, and exploring lakes and rivers. Elizabeth's exercise hobbies include endurance sports such as triathlons and marathons.
