ELIZABETH FROST

Liz grew up in the suburbs of Denver, Colorado, and graduated in 2005 with honors from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology. She found her way to North Carolina in 2007, landing first at Lake James and eventually moving to Asheville, where she serves as Vice President and Clinical Director at Integrative Family Medicine of Asheville. Liz emphasizes a Direct Primary Care model that prioritizes long‑term relationships, personalized preventive care, and holistic health approaches for her patients.
