Dr. Elise Kuykendall is a family medicine physician with over 15 years of experience. She earned her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma, after completing a B.S. at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. Dr. Kuykendall completed a general surgery residency before switching to family medicine, finishing her residency training at Integris Northwest Family Medicine Residency in Enid, Oklahoma, where she served as Chief Resident. She celebrates the Direct Primary Care model because it allows her to provide compassionate, fully‑present, preventive care and to partner with patients throughout every season of their health journey. Her personal experience as a mother of a child with Down syndrome fuels a deep passion for caring for special‑needs individuals and for community involvement through her church and local volunteer activities.
