Dr. Eleanor Host is a Board Certified family physician licensed in Ohio and Michigan. She earned her MD from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine (NEOUCOM) in 1992 and completed her postgraduate residency training at WW Knight Family Practice/The Toledo Hospital in 1995. In 2000 she added acupuncture training through the Helms Medical Institute and over 300 hours of specialized training at UCLA, becoming a Certified Acupuncture Specialist. Dr. Host has more than 30 years of experience providing comprehensive family medicine care, integrating holistic modalities such as scalp acupuncture, percutaneous nerve stimulation, and energy balancing.
At Whole Family Medical Care she leads a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice that emphasizes personalized, uninterrupted patient relationships.
