DUSTIN CLARK

Dr. Dustin Clark earned his medical degree from the University of Kentucky School of Medicine and completed a residency in Family Medicine at the ETSU Johnson City Family Medicine program, where he served as chief resident in his final year. Born and raised in Glasgow, Kentucky, Dr. Clark has been practicing in the Tri‑Cities area since 2011, bringing a strong foundation in primary care and emergency medicine to his patients.

As the founding physician of Black Bag Family Healthcare, Dr. Clark is dedicated to the Direct Primary Care model, emphasizing a personal physician‑patient relationship, same‑day or next‑day appointments, and unlimited access through phone, text, or email. He believes that quality care should be unencumbered by insurance constraints, allowing him to spend ample time with each patient, provide comprehensive preventive services, and even make home or office visits when needed.
