DOUGLAS CLUFF

Dr. Douglas M. Cluff received his M.D. from the Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas, and completed his Family Medicine residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Conroe, Texas. Prior to medical school he performed genetic and immunological research at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas. He is board‑certified in Family Medicine and a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Texas Medical Association, and Dallas County Medical Society. Dr. Cluff founded TLC Family Health in October 2017 as a Direct Primary Care (DPC) practice in Flower Mound, Texas, embracing a membership model that removes insurance middlemen, offers same‑day access, and focuses on whole‑person health. He also created the SLIM TLC lifestyle and weight‑management program and the non‑profit Project Simplify Health, reflecting his commitment to preventive care, nutrition education, and community wellness.
