Douglas Bosin

Dr. Douglas Bosin, DO, is a board‑certified Internal Medicine physician, hospitalist, and medical examiner for the FMCSA. He graduated from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2014. After medical school he served four years as an active‑duty flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force, supporting Special Operations and completing three deployments providing flight‑medicine care and Tactical Combat Casualty Care instruction. In 2019 he left active duty to continue his medical education and now practices internal medicine at The Pilot Clinic, where he also provides Direct Primary Care services.
