Dianne White, FNP-C, is dedicated to patient wellness through a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personalized, preventive care. She provides comprehensive primary care for teens and adults, with special expertise in bio‑identical hormone therapy, weight‑loss programs, IV nutrition, gut health testing, and PCOS management. Her approach is holistic, integrating nutraceuticals and lifestyle counseling to support long‑term health.

White holds advanced training in women’s health and is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center (ANCC) and in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT). Since joining Kaya Health in 2016, she has focused on building lasting doctor‑patient relationships, leveraging the flexibility of DPC to spend more time with each patient and tailor treatments to individual needs.
