DERIC RACHJAIBUN

Dr. Deric Rachjaibun, MD, is a Colorado native from Arvada. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Colorado in Boulder and earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver. He is board certified in Family Medicine and has been practicing since 2005, moving his practice to Northglenn to be closer to his family. Dr. Rachjaibun embraces the Direct Primary Care model, believing that eliminating insurance middle‑men allows him to spend more time with patients, provide transparent pricing, and focus on preventive health.

He takes a personalized approach to care, getting to know each patient’s history, concerns, and goals. By offering same‑day appointments, direct communication via phone, text, and email, and a membership‑based fee structure, he aims to deliver high‑quality, affordable primary care that emphasizes continuity and trust.
