DAVID STANEK

Dr. David Stanek, DO is a first‑generation family medicine physician and the President & CEO of DoctorsNow. A native of Cedar Rapids, he attended Xavier High School before earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Des Moines University. Dr. Stanek is passionate about innovative, patient‑centered care and is a strong advocate for Direct Primary Care (DPC), believing that the DPC model allows for longer visits, same‑day access, and a deeper physician‑patient relationship. He emphasizes metabolic health, longevity medicine, and personalized preventive care for his patients.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Stanek enjoys working out, follows Creighton men’s basketball, and practices mixed martial arts. His leadership at DoctorsNow reflects his commitment to delivering high‑quality, affordable primary care across Iowa.
