DAVID NGUYEN

Dr. David Nguyen was born in Florida to a family that immigrated from Vietnam after the war. He graduated co‑valedictorian of his high‑school class and earned a bachelor’s degree in biology and psychology at Duke University. He attended medical school at the University of Florida, where he discovered his passion for primary care. Dr. Nguyen completed his family medicine residency in Asheville, North Carolina, serving as chief resident his final year. He has participated in medical mission trips to Ecuador, India, and Honduras. Dr. Nguyen’s practice philosophy emphasizes evidence‑based medicine, patient education, and shared decision‑making. He believes in preventive care, the mind‑body connection, and providing high‑quality care to all patients regardless of background.
