DAVID BIGLEY

Dr. David Bigley, DO, embarked on his journey in healthcare with a strong foundation in neuroscience and biochemistry, earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Scranton. Inspired by a holistic approach to medicine, he pursued his medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM) in Philadelphia, where he embraced the principle of cura personalis – caring for the whole person. Dr. Bigley is a dual board‑certified physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment, and he leads Forward Family Medicine with a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personal relationships, 24/7 access, and proactive, whole‑person care. He strives to revive the “old‑school” family doctor experience, offering longer appointments, home visits, and direct communication so patients feel known, supported, and empowered to achieve better health.
