DAVID ROGERS

Dr. Dave Rogers, M.D., MPH, FAA, SR AME, HIMS, is a Board Certified Family Physician who loves being a doctor. He believes that "people aren't numbers, and numbers aren't people" and is dedicated to serving patients who have rarely or never felt truly listened to by a physician. After 24 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where he practiced a form of Direct Primary Care, Dr. Rogers returned to his Colorado roots to provide comprehensive, relationship‑focused care.

He embraces the Direct Primary Care model because it allows ample time for each patient, fostering deep physician‑patient relationships and enabling proactive, whole‑person health management. Dr. Rogers combines his military medical experience with a passion for preventive and family medicine, offering services such as FAA medical exams, dive instruction, and personalized wellness plans.
