Dara Courchaine

Dara Courchaine, RN, is a Registered Nurse and Functional Medicine Practitioner at NuMed Direct Primary Care. She earned a BA from Hartwick College in 1996 and completed her RN degree at Massachusetts Bay Community College in 2003. Dara has broad experience in patient care across the lifespan, focusing on disease prevention education and holistic health. In 2019 she joined NuMed Direct Primary Care to prioritize health and well‑being, and later became certified in functional medicine to deepen her ability to address root causes of illness.
