DANIEL FOSSELMAN

Dr. Dan Fosselman is dedicated to aligning patients' present health with their ideal future through a Direct Primary Care model that emphasizes personalized, efficient treatment plans. He focuses on performance, quality of life, disease management, and longevity, offering patients direct access via phone, text, and video, and eliminating traditional insurance middlemen. His practice provides comprehensive integrative and functional medicine services, including orthobiologics and regenerative therapies, all under a transparent membership fee.

Dr. Fosselman earned a B.S. in Biochemistry and Neuroscience from Denison University and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (2015). He completed a Family Medicine residency and an MBA at The Ohio State University, followed by a Sports Medicine fellowship at the University of Cincinnati. He is board‑certified in Family Medicine and Sports Medicine, holds fellowships in functional and anti‑aging medicine, and serves in the United States Army Reserves.
