Dr. Dalian Caraballo is a board‑certified family physician who believes that true health goes far beyond prescriptions and lab results. She focuses on root‑cause medicine, metabolic health, and long‑term wellness, emphasizing personalized, flexible care that fits patients' lives. Dr. Caraballo was born and raised in Puerto Rico, earned a bachelor's degree in Biology at the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and received her medical degree from the Iberoamerican University School of Medicine (UNIBE) in the Dominican Republic. She completed her family medicine residency at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Fluent in English and Spanish, she has over 12 years of clinical experience.

Dr. Caraballo founded Your Family MD (formerly Dalian MD) to provide Direct Primary Care that removes insurance barriers, offers transparent pricing, and delivers comprehensive primary care through virtual and in‑person visits. The practice began in 2017 offering care for all ages in Miami and transitioned in 2020 to a virtual‑first adult‑focused DPC model, aiming to give patients direct access to their physician and a holistic approach to health.
