Dr. Dale Rellas, MD, CAQSM, is a family and sports medicine physician and founder of Rellas Family Medicine in Fort Collins, Colorado. He created the practice to deliver relationship‑based Direct Primary Care (DPC), emphasizing accessible, unrushed visits, same‑day appointments, and transparent pricing with no surprise bills. Dr. Rellas believes in evidence‑based, prevention‑first medicine and builds long‑term trust with patients by removing insurance barriers and focusing on individualized care.

With more than 15 years of experience in family and sports medicine, Dr. Rellas and his wife, Kendra Rellas, RN, BSN, have lived and worked in the Northern Colorado community for over a decade. Together they raise three daughters and are active in local outdoor activities, reflecting their commitment to health and community well‑being.
