DAKOTAH ASHER

Dakotah Asher, PA-C, is the founder and Physician Assistant at Integrity Medical, a Direct Primary Care (DPC) clinic in Knoxville. She earned her Bachelor’s in Health Science with a concentration in Radiology in 2009 and completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017, both from South College of Knoxville. Her passion lies in primary care, where she’s seen firsthand how insurance‑based models can limit the quality and depth of care patients receive. She founded Integrity Medical to change that by operating under the DPC model, offering longer visits, personalized care, transparent pricing, and meaningful relationships with patients without billing insurance.

At Integrity Medical, Dakotah emphasizes direct access, patient‑centered relationships, and holistic well‑being. She believes that a trusted primary care provider is essential for long‑term health and works to ensure every patient feels heard, valued, and cared for through the DPC philosophy.
